You drive the sustainable growth of our brands across international European markets with a strong focus on France from the start.

As our Commercial Leader (gn) – France, you will lead our expansion into the French B2B channel. You will establish direct relationships with French mass retailers and manage relationships with 3rd party service providers, for example National and Regional Distributors. In addition, you will take responsibility for managing our Nordic Distributor partner with the potential to reapply the model for future new markets. Working closely with our International Growth Team, you translate global strategies into local commercial success to unlock their full market potential.

Your mission

• You will launch and grow TQG’s brand portfolio (More and ESN) within >1 Mass retailer in France. You will deliver this via direct account interaction and in partnership with 3rd party agencies/distributors
• You build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers where appropriate and other relevant market stakeholders
• You manage and develop relationships with our third-party distributors across France, the Nordics. With the potential to expand across future additional markets (European focus)
• You drive retailer performance via integrated business plans, making investment decisions across various growth levers
• You monitor market performance, identify growth opportunities and create actionable recommendations to accelerate business development
• You collaborate closely with the TQG International Growth Team on commercial strategy, product portfolio, pricing, in-market activation and other key growth initiatives
• You analyse commercial performance and financial KPIs to support business decisions and ensure sustainable market growth
• You act as the central point of contact for your markets and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious growth targets

Your experience & skills

• You have around10 years of professional FMCG experience in managing major French retail accounts. Preferably within Health & Wellness or an adjacent category (food, beverages). Having existing, retailer contacts is an advantage
• You ideally bring current or recent experience of Distributor management across international markets
• You bring strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management
• You have excellent financial and commercial acumen and confidently interpret business performance metrics
• You have a proven track record of building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers and external business partners
• You are highly proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
• You enjoy working independently, you are a “Hunter”. While all the time collaborating closely with a small, highly motivated international team
• You are a native, or highly proficient, French speaker and are confident negotiating contracts and managing senior business relationships in French and English
