Cold Caller (BBS902)

We're looking for a Cold Caller to own outbound phone-based outreach for a newly founded private equity firm actively sourcing acquisition targets across IT managed services, marketing agencies, BPO, accounting and finance, logistics, SaaS, software development, and recruiting. You will make a high volume of outbound calls to business owners and company leaders to identify potential acquisition interest, qualify conversations, and book meetings for the deal team.

This is a pure cold calling role. You will be dialing business owners and operators all day, opening conversations from cold, and moving qualified interest forward to the next step. The work is repetitive, the rejection rate is high, and results come from consistent volume and a professional, confident phone manner. What You'll Work On

High-Volume Outbound Cold Calling

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and company leaders across target verticals daily
• Open cold conversations professionally and pivot quickly to qualify acquisition interest
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting or callback
• Maintain a consistent, high call volume throughout the full working day without losing energy or quality

Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management

• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria including business type, revenue range, ownership structure, and interest level
• Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM after every interaction
• Book qualified meetings for the deal team with full context and qualification notes
• Follow up on warm contacts and callbacks consistently

Reporting and Communication

• Meet daily and weekly call volume targets consistently
• Report on call activity, connect rates, and meetings booked regularly
• Flag patterns in objections or prospect feedback that could improve targeting or messaging

What You Bring

• Prior cold calling experience with a track record of booking meetings or qualified conversations from cold outreach
• Confident, clear, and professional phone presence with the ability to engage a business owner or executive from a cold call
• Comfortable with high rejection rates and able to reset quickly between calls without losing momentum
• Fluent, professional spoken English; this is a phone-first role and your voice is the product
• Organized with clean CRM habits and accurate call logging
• Reliable, self-directed, and disciplined with the ability to hit daily activity targets independently
• Quiet, professional calling environment and reliable high-speed internet

Nice to Have

• Experience cold calling in a B2B context including business owners, executives, or operators
• Background in deal sourcing, business development, or financial services outreach
• Familiarity with the verticals being targeted including IT services, marketing agencies, BPO, accounting, logistics, SaaS, or recruiting
