What to Prepare:

2️⃣ DISC Assessment Type – You will need to enter your DISC Assessment Type in the application form. If you're unsure of your type, you can take a quick assessment here: Truity DISC ASSESSMENT

3️⃣ Coconut VA Profile (Resume) – Before submitting your application, please create your Coconut VA profile using this template: Coconut VA Profile Template. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ YOUR RESUME MUST FOLLOW THIS FORMAT AND SHOULD BE IN ENGLISH.This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

4️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Requirements

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Each client we work with has their own specific needs, but across the board, they’re looking for experienced professionals who can hit the ground running. Real-world experience is a must, not a bonus.

While each role may differ, here are the baseline qualifications we look for in candidates:

✅ Communication Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to articulate ideas clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Comfortable communicating across platforms: video calls, phone, email, and chat

✅ Professional Experience(you should meet at least one)

• 1+ year of remote work experience (freelance or full-time)
• 1+ year of experience working directly with international clients or companies (US, EU, AU, SG, etc.)

• Organized & Detail-Oriented – You stay on top of tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality without constant follow-up

✅ Minimum Tech Requirements

• A reliable laptop or desktop that can handle day-to-day tasks
• A stable internet connection, with a backup plan in case of outages
• A backup power source to minimize disruptions during blackouts (if applicable)
