Club Development & Member Services Coordinator

Role Purpose

To provide professional and effective support across club development, membership growth, and club/member administration. This role focuses on data analysis, strategic planning, and service delivery to support sustainable growth and strong member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Club Development

Support the cost-effective establishment of new clubs in line with agreed processes, timelines, and budgets, including but not limited to:

• Identifying suitable locations for new clubs through census data and internal data analysis
• Conducting local research and providing data-driven recommendations
• Sourcing and coordinating appropriate venues for interest meetings
• Preparing and implementing marketing and promotional plans
• Accurately preparing and managing all required documentation, including accreditation paperwork

2. Membership Growth for Existing Clubs

Support the development and implementation of membership growth strategies, including but not limited to:

• Creating tailored membership growth plans for individual clubs
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and materials to support local representatives and clubs
• Providing guidance and tools to assist clubs in increasing membership engagement

3. Club and Member Administration Support

Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support across all club and member services, including but not limited to:

• Responding to club and member enquiries via email in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintaining and updating club and member management systems
• Completing additional tasks as required to ensure effective service delivery

Key Selection Criteria

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly in statistical analysis and reporting
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with others
• Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a strong service-oriented mindset
