Position: Medical Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training
Type:Contract
Compensation:$120/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment:21 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic professional tasks in medicine.
- Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Germany.
- Evaluate the performance of AI agents in completing professional medical tasks.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training data and model outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of clinical practice.
- Native or fluent in German.
- Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
- Licensed physician in Germany (Approbation), ideally Facharzt.
- Familiar with AWMF guidelines and GKV practice.
