About Hiregummy

HireGummy places remote specialists with clients, and most of our roles are marketing related. We are looking for a Client Success Manager with a sound understanding of marketing,
who builds strong relationships with clients and specialists, and keeps every placement on track. You will also take part in the sales cycle, from demos to closing, and grow existing
accounts. This is a proactive, leadership role: you spot issues and act on them yourself, without waiting for management or instructions. Overall, the role exists to make sure every client

gets real value out of their hire.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success and Retention

• Run onboarding meetings with new clients
• Build effective, open relationships with clients and communicate with them frequently
• Understand what each client needs from the role and make sure the specialist is working towards that goal
• Spot early signs of churn and act on them before the client raises a concern
• Review what has happened with past churn, what did not work, and bring your own strategies to improve retention

2. Specialist Guidance and Mentoring

• Run onboarding meetings with new employees
• Communicate with candidates and specialists and guide them where needed
• Monitor chats and make sure specialists do not miss their check-ins and sign in on time
• Monitor specialists' daily work summaries and identify red flags early
• Be proactive in raising and resolving issues yourself, rather than waiting for the management team to find them

3. Sales and Growth

• Take demos from intro calls, pitch HireGummy to new leads and close them
• Make calls to paid leads and help grow the business
• Upsell to current clients

4. Ownership and Documentation

• Keep clear documentation of client requirements, issues, actions and outcomes
• Lead from the front and take ownership without waiting for instructions

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success, with a sound understanding of marketing and the marketing roles we place
• A track record of identifying early churn and reducing it
• Confident communicator who can pitch, run a demo and close a lead
• An open, approachable personality that builds genuine connections with clients
• Proven sales experience, including upselling to existing clients
• Strong documentation skills
• Highly proactive, energetic and self driven, with the ability to lead
• Comfortable making outbound calls to paid leads

Comission

• Proven sales experience lets you earn extra on top of your salary. Commission is earned for:
• Closing new clients and upselling existing ones
• Getting Google reviews and video testimonials from clients
• Retaining each client for at least 3 months

Please note: This role is not for someone who just ticks the boxes. We are looking for someone who is active, takes responsibility and acts before management flags an issue. You
will be a great fit if you are great at building connections with clients, as the role involves a lot of communication with both active and new clients.
