About the Opportunity

NucleusTeq is looking for a Client Success & Growth Executive – Data & AI to support and grow our existing enterprise customer accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, understanding business and technology needs, and identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements.

The Client Success & Growth Executive will work closely with customer teams, account stakeholders, delivery leaders, and our Data & AI specialists to identify new opportunities and strengthen NucleusTeq’s presence within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across assigned customer accounts.
Develop new relationships across customer Data, Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, AI, technology, and business teams.
Understand customer priorities, ongoing projects, business challenges, and upcoming technology requirements.
Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements into additional teams, projects, and business areas.
Identify and support cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Contribute toward defined account revenue and growth targets.
Identify and develop opportunities across different Data, AI, and Cloud practices.
Work closely with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Data & AI specialists to understand customer needs and develop relevant solutions.
Coordinate customer meetings, solution discussions, presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
Support opportunities through qualification, proposal development, commercial discussions, and closure.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts.
Maintain accurate account, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast information in the CRM.
Participate in regular account reviews and track progress against account growth goals.
Work closely with Delivery teams to identify potential opportunities arising from existing customer engagements.
Support long-term customer satisfaction and account growth through regular and meaningful customer engagement.

Skills & Experience

0–3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Engagement, or a related role.
Exposure to IT Services, Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or technology consulting is preferred.
Strong interest in building a career in Data & AI, client growth, and technology sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
Comfortable interacting with business, technology, engineering, data, and program stakeholders.
Basic understanding of Data, Analytics, Cloud, AI, or modern enterprise technology concepts.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Delivery, Solution, and Technical teams.
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working toward defined pipeline, account growth, and revenue goals.

Exposure to technologies and platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar Data & AI ecosystems is an added advantage.
