The Opportunity

Adverteyes is a creative intelligence platform that predicts ad performance before media spend is committed. We draw on one of the industry's largest datasets of human attention and emotion to score creative, diagnose it scene by scene, and recommend what to change. We work with brands including Google, Intuit, Mars, Lindt and AXA, and with partners including Nielsen, Smartly, CreativeX, WPP, Publicis and Dentsu.

A quick note on who we’re looking for: we’re not hiring for a job title, we’re hiring for a set of traits. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and proactive, who can build real ownership of client relationships and grow into more responsibility over time. That person might come from advertising or adtech - but just as easily from SaaS, research, consulting, services, media, tech, or another client-facing B2B role. If you’ve managed relationships, stakeholders, renewals, or projects and you’re ambitious, curious, and coachable, we’d like to hear from you, whatever your background.

What You’ll Do

• Own the day to day of a portfolio of client relationships - keep account data current, respond to inbound needs, track follow-ups, and keep things moving without anything slipping through the cracks
• Grow into more autonomy over time: taking on greater ownership of relationship management and, eventually, contributing to thought leadership
• Onboard new clients effectively, helping them reach value quickly and embed Adverteyes into their creative decision-making workflows
• Act as the voice of your clients internally, feeding product feedback and unmet needs into the Adverteyes roadmap
• Collaborate closely with our data science and delivery teams - our Budapest base keeps you close to the wider team and well placed to bridge our commercial and technical sides

What We’re Looking For

• The bedrock is dependability: you’re punctual, detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive.
• Experience in a client - facing role where you managed multiple relationships, stakeholders, renewals, projects, budgets, or revenue - e.g. account management, customer success, client services, project or program management, implementation, partnerships, operations, or junior consulting
• Strong learning velocity: you’re intelligent, curious, and coachable, and can get credible with clients on an unfamiliar product or context quickly - we’d expect that within roughly six months
• Comfortable working with data and presenting it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Confidence operating in English with international clients or teams
• Commercial sharpness: you think in terms of mutual value and growth, not just relationship warmth
• Industry experience in advertising, adtech, or creative effectiveness is a genuine plus — a head start, not a requirement
