About the role

As Client Insights Manager, you will be the platform expert on the Client Success team. You will own campaign setup and performance analysis, run A/B tests that shape client strategy, and give Client Success Managers the data and operational support they need to keep clients growing.

What you’ll do

Set up campaigns and analyze their performance, reviewing key metrics to find and act on optimization opportunities
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, and present findings clearly to internal teams and clients
Support Client Success Managers by resolving operational issues quickly and escalating when needed
Keep client performance documentation accurate and current in Salesforce, Tableau, and HelpJuice
Contribute to internal and external performance reporting
Partner with Production on campaign setup, testing, and performance validation
Help improve processes and document best practices as the team scales

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
2-4 years of experience in analytics, campaign management, or a client-facing operations role
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and data analysis tools
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Self-direction and accountability in a fully remote environment
