About this role

Our executive search firm is recruiting a Chief Strategy Officer on behalf of a destination management and guided experiences company. This executive will shape enterprise strategy, evaluate new opportunities, and guide expansion across destinations, services, and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, or executive leadership.

Relevant experience within destination management, attractions, guided travel, hospitality, or experience-based services.

Demonstrated success developing and implementing growth strategies.

Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and business case development capabilities.

Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple functions and geographic markets.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, tourism, or a related field required.

MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.

Willingness to travel as required for destination assessments and strategic meetings.

Salary: $170,000–$205,000 annually, plus annual incentive
