Position Overview

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the organization's global sales strategy, revenue generation, and business development initiatives. The CSO oversees sales operations, client acquisition, account management, and sales performance across all channels and markets. This role is focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building high-performing sales teams aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and market expansion initiatives.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Lead customer acquisition and business development initiatives across target markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue management roles.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales organizations.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
