We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead Dynime's next stage of growth and build a scalable, profitable, technology-driven, internationally competitive organization.
Role Overview
The CEO is responsible for Dynime's overall strategic direction, business performance, growth, profitability, culture, organizational development, and long-term value creation. The successful candidate will lead the executive team, establish company-wide priorities, drive sustainable revenue growth, develop strategic relationships, oversee financial and operational performance, support international expansion, and ensure strong execution of Dynime's business strategy.
Primary Objectives
The CEO will be responsible for:
Establishing and executing Dynime's long-term vision and strategy.
Driving sustainable revenue and customer growth.
Improving profitability and financial sustainability.
Expanding Dynime into international markets.
Strengthening products, technology, AI, and automation initiatives.
Building scalable operational systems and leadership structures.
Developing a high-performance executive team and company culture.
Building strategic customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
Protecting the company's reputation, assets, and long-term interests.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy
Define Dynime's long-term corporate strategy and strategic priorities.
Establish annual, quarterly, and multi-year objectives.
Translate strategy into measurable business plans and KPIs.
Evaluate new products, services, markets, and business models.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
Ensure departments remain aligned with company strategy.
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Own the overall company growth strategy.
Develop new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.
Expand the international customer base.
Support enterprise sales and strategic negotiations.
Build strategic partnerships and business relationships.
Work closely with the CCO, VP Sales, and business development leadership.
Review sales pipeline, forecasts, pricing, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Identify opportunities for strategic investments, acquisitions, or alliances.
Financial Performance
Maintain executive ownership of company-level financial performance.
Work with the CFO on budgets, forecasts, cash flow, profitability, and financial planning.
Monitor revenue, margins, operating expenses, and financial sustainability.
Establish company financial targets.
Ensure responsible allocation of resources and major expenditures.
Make informed decisions using financial and operational data.
Executive Leadership
Lead Dynime's executive leadership team.
Establish clear responsibilities, priorities, and accountability.
Review executive performance and departmental KPIs.
Resolve executive-level conflicts and organizational issues.
Develop future senior and executive leaders.
Promote ownership, accountability, transparency, and execution.
International Expansion
Establish international market priorities and expansion strategies.
Identify high-potential countries and regions.
Evaluate market-entry opportunities.
Support regional leadership and international sales teams.
Build international strategic partnerships.
Monitor international revenue and market performance.
Maintain consistent global positioning.
Priority markets may include North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Africa.
Technology, AI & Product
Work closely with the CTO on technology strategy and product development.
Understand major technology and product initiatives.
Evaluate significant technology investments.
Support AI, automation, SaaS, and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure technology investments support business objectives.
Evaluate product-market fit, scalability, security, and infrastructure requirements.
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled products and services.
Operations & Organization
Build scalable organizational structures and operating systems.
Define departmental responsibilities and management accountability.
Review operational performance and remove organizational bottlenecks.
Improve decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Promote automation, efficiency, and process improvement.
Ensure company policies and operating standards are followed.
Governance & Risk
Maintain professional executive governance and accountability.
Support board and ownership reporting.
Work with legal, financial, and other professional advisors.
Identify and manage major financial, operational, technology, cybersecurity, legal, regulatory, market, reputation, and business continuity risks.
Protect Dynime's confidential information, assets, customers, and reputation.
Customers & Stakeholders
Develop relationships with strategic customers and partners.
Represent Dynime in major negotiations and business meetings.
Support high-value enterprise opportunities.
Handle critical executive-level customer escalations.
Communicate Dynime's strategy and direction to key stakeholders.
People & Culture
Establish and reinforce company values and leadership standards.
Build a high-performance, professional, and internationally minded culture.
Encourage innovation and responsible experimentation.
Support employee and leadership development.
Promote ethical conduct, accountability, and transparent communication.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
10+ years of professional experience.
Significant executive, senior management, founder, or general management experience.
Experience leading a company, business unit, division, or major organizational function.
Demonstrated business growth and commercial leadership experience.
Experience managing senior leadership teams.
Strong understanding of financial and operational performance.
International business exposure.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Preferred
Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, digital services, consulting, automation, or digital transformation.
Experience scaling an international business.
Founder or entrepreneurial experience.
Enterprise sales or commercial leadership experience.
Experience with strategic partnerships, investments, or corporate development.
Performance KPIs
The CEO will be evaluated primarily on company-level outcomes, including:
Growth: Revenue growth, customer growth, international revenue, enterprise customer growth.
Financial: Gross margin, EBITDA/operating profitability, cash flow, budget performance, and financial sustainability.
Commercial: New business revenue, customer retention, expansion revenue, strategic partnership revenue.
Operations: Operational efficiency, departmental performance, employee productivity, leadership effectiveness.
Strategic: Successful market expansion, product development, strategic partnerships, and long-term business value creation.
First 90 Days
First 30 Days: Understand the business model, financial position, organizational structure, products, customers, sales pipeline, market position, risks, and immediate priorities.
Days 31–60: Establish strategic priorities, review departmental KPIs, identify growth opportunities, strengthen executive accountability, review international expansion, and develop an executive operating plan.
Days 61–90: Finalize the strategic roadmap, establish measurable company objectives, implement executive performance reporting, define major growth initiatives, and present a clear 12-month business plan.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: USD $100,000–$180,000.
Final compensation depends on experience, leadership capability, international expertise, scope of responsibility, and negotiated employment terms.
