What we are looking for

Are you a partnerships or channel sales professional who enjoys building strong partner relationships and turning them into revenue? Do you want to join a fast-growing SaaS company that’s transforming how field service and deskless work is managed?

We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help grow Zinier’s partner ecosystem across system integrators, resellers, and technology partners. You’ll work closely with partners to enable their teams, identify opportunities, and drive joint sales efforts. If you have experience working with partners in a B2B SaaS environment and are ready to take on more ownership, we’d love to meet you.

Anywhere in the UK; able to collaborate with customers and teams in other countries or continents as needed, either remotely or in-person

What the Role Offers

• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing partners, including system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
• Help enable partners with sales playbooks, collateral, training, and other resources needed to successfully position Zinier.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities through joint account planning, co-selling, and ongoing partner engagement.
• Support the partner lifecycle from onboarding and enablement through business reviews and ongoing growth.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support partner opportunities and customer success.
• Build strong relationships across partner organizations and become a trusted point of contact for Zinier.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale how Zinier works with its partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, business development, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Experience working with system integrators, resellers, technology partners, or other channel partners.
• Track record of contributing to partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
• Experience supporting co-selling, joint account planning, and partner-led sales opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and levels of an organization.
• Experience supporting or negotiating partnership agreements.
• Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM), enterprise SaaS, or solutions for deskless workers is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
