Role Overview:

As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
• Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
• Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Decent Graduate with a strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

Note:

The Operations Intern role at Springworks provides a unique opportunity to work in different operational teams. While the specific team names are not mentioned in this job description, successful candidates will be assigned to a team based on their skills, interests, and the team's current needs. This role involves call-making as part of the responsibilities and it is a full-time internship requiring a minimum commitment of min. 9 months.

Full time conversion post internship based on the performance during the internship program

Shift Structure:

• 6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you’ll work six days a week.
• Night Shifts & Weekends: While not a regular requirement, there may be times when you'll need to work night shifts or Sundays. When that happens, you'll be compensated for your extra efforts.
• Overtime (OT): If you’re required to work on Sundays or night shifts, you’ll receive overtime pay as per company policy. Your time and hard work will be recognized and rewarded!
• Work Hours: 8 hours alike a full time job.

Shift Timings:

1. 8:00 AM to 5 PM
2. 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
3. 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
4. 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
5. 11.00 AM to 8:00 PM
6. 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
7. 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

The candidate will be required to work in either shift based on business requirements. The Candidate will work in the rotational shifts. Please note the shift timings could evolve depending on the business requirements.
