We are looking for a proactive Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will manage the full shipment lifecycle-from quoting customers and securing freight opportunities to carrier management, shipment tracking, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Source and prospect carriers who can consistently operate in the company’s most heavily used lanes
Build strong relationships with carriers and develop reliable capacity
Onboard new carriers
Negotiate rates while maintaining strong service levels
Cover available shipments and ensure loads are executed successfully
Work closely with the Track & Trace team and Customer Sales team
Maintain communication with customers and provide updates as needed
Update the TMS accurately and as needed
Make pickup and delivery appointments when required
Be a strong team player and communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers
Take ownership of assigned freight and follow through from coverage through execution

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in US freight brokerage, logistics,carrier sales, freight operations, or customer operations.
Strong understanding of truckload transportation and freight brokerage processes.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Outstanding customer service mindset.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Working Conditions

Working schedule: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm CST
