About this role
Every Card Issue Has a Person Behind It.
Not every member contacts us on a good day.
Sometimes they're dealing with fraud.
Sometimes they're questioning a transaction.
Sometimes they simply need answers.
As our Card Services Specialist, you'll help members navigate those moments while protecting their accounts, solving complex problems, and providing the kind of service that builds trust.
Some people process transactions. Others help protect members.
What You'll Be Solving
This role includes the operational responsibilities you'd expect within Card Services, but the impact goes well beyond processing transactions. You'll:
Help protect members by investigating fraud activity and processing disputes and chargebacks.
Analyze complex card transactions and determine appropriate resolutions.
Support members with card-related questions, digital wallet solutions, card controls, and tokenization services.
Partner with frontline teams and internal departments to resolve issues and provide guidance on card processing.
Maintain accurate account records while navigating changing regulations, card-network requirements, and operational procedures.
Help ensure members receive clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service throughout the resolution process.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Very few operational roles offer the opportunity to:
✅ Protect members from fraud
✅ Solve complex financial problems
✅ Build trust during difficult situations
✅ Continuously learn as payments technology evolves
✅ Make a direct impact on members' financial well-being
Most members never think about Card Services until something goes wrong. When they do, they're looking for someone who can provide answers, guidance, and peace of mind. That's where you come in.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You communicate clearly, make thoughtful decisions, and take ownership of resolving issues.
You enjoy figuring out what happened, why it happened, and what needs to happen next.
Most importantly, the idea of helping people through difficult situations is meaningful to you.
Make A Difference Every Day
Years from now, members won't remember the case number, the dispute documentation, or the transaction details. They'll remember how you helped them when they needed it most.
The work isn't always easy. The situations aren't always simple. But helping a member recover from fraud, resolve an issue, or find answers is work that matters.
Ready to put your curiosity, problem-solving skills, and member-first mindset to work? We'd love to talk
