⁠The Opportunity
We’re looking for a freelance Influencer / Campaign Manager in Ghana to support the delivery of creator campaigns on a short-term, project-by-project basis.

Working closely with our team, you’ll bring local market knowledge and an understanding of Ghana’s creator landscape to help connect brands with the right influencers and keep campaigns running smoothly—from initial outreach and content coordination through to delivery and reporting.

This opportunity would suit a proactive, organised freelancer who enjoys building relationships with creators, understands local audiences and social trends, and is confident managing timelines and communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Influencer Sourcing and Outreach
• • Identify potential influencers whose audience aligns with the project's target market
  • Evaluate influencers' engagement rates, authenticity, and past collaborations,
  • Work with influencers and third-party data sites to collect relevant metrics in influencers' audience and content, contact selected influencers,
  • Negotiate terms and best rates, and secure agreements.
• Content Development and Coordination
• • Work with influencers to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with their audience and aligns with campaign goals
  • Help review content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and expectations
  • Help communicate client feedback, Assist with translation of content where necessary.
• Campaign Exection
• • Ensure that influencers deliver content on schedule and adhere to agreed-upon terms
  • Encourage influencers to engage with their audience, respond to comments, and foster community interaction
  • Address any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
• Performance Tracking, Reporting & Analysis
• • Compile campaign performance data into comprehensive reports, analyse campaign results to derive insights, and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance
• • Ensure all agreements are documented and legally binding.
• Team Collaboration
• • Work closely with the wider team to ensure campaign alignment and success. Provide daily updates to the project lead.

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience delivering influencer campaigns within an agency or as a freelancer.
• Confident sourcing and vetting creators, negotiating rates and managing agreements.
• Skilled in coordinating content, communicating feedback and keeping deliverables on schedule.
• Comfortable using creator analytics tools and reporting on campaign performance.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while keeping the wider team updated.
• Strong knowledge of the Ghana creator landscape;
• Strong English skills
