We're looking for brilliant Campaign Managers who live and breathe the creator economy.
You'll be working with one of the world's biggest consumer brands, helping bring creator campaigns to life across more than ten European markets.
And we're not talking about the occasional influencer campaign. This is creator marketing at scale. Multiple products, new launches every few weeks and hundreds of creators producing content across different markets.

At Kyra, we're building a different kind of creator marketing company. We combine great people, technology and AI to make creator marketing smarter, faster and more effective. You'll have access to our own platform, with over 29 million creator profiles, and tools to manage everything from casting and outreach to contracts, payments and reporting.
You'll own campaigns in your local market, work directly with the client and collaborate with a team that genuinely loves what it does.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
Bring Campaigns to Life
Manage multiple creator campaigns, from the initial brief through to launch, delivery and reporting.
Keep timelines, budgets, content approvals and deliverables moving.
Work closely with creators, clients and our internal teams to make great campaigns happen.
Spot potential issues early and find solutions before they become problems.
Make the Numbers Work
Build creator pricing around CPV targets and expected performance.
Negotiate creator fees and manage budgets with confidence.
Balance creative ambition with commercial performance.
Use data to make smarter decisions throughout each campaign.
Build Great Client Relationships
Be the day-to-day contact for the client's local marketing team.
Lead weekly calls, share campaign updates and keep everyone aligned.
Bring ideas, recommendations and solutions to the table.
Build trust through great communication and consistent delivery.
Find and Work With Amazing Creators
Discover and cast creators who are the right fit for each product, audience and brief.
Build creator shortlists at scale across different campaigns.
Manage outreach, briefing, negotiations, contracting and content delivery.
Oversee usage rights, disclosures and creator approvals.
Use feedback and campaign results to make your next casting list even better.
Get Creative With Technology
Use Kyra's platform to manage the full campaign journey.
Monitor CPV, reach, engagement and conversion while campaigns are live.
Use AI tools to make creator discovery, research, analysis and campaign management more efficient.
Keep campaign information organised and up to date so the whole team has visibility.

We move quickly, work collaboratively and care about doing great work.
With lots of campaigns running at once, staying organised and communicating clearly makes a huge difference.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
New briefs are picked up within 24 hours, with creator discovery and outreach underway.
Blockers are escalated within 3 hours so we can resolve them quickly.
Campaign risks and performance concerns are raised early, ideally with a suggested solution.
Clients and teammates receive regular updates without needing to chase.
Campaign information is kept accurate and up to date in our platform.
We don't expect everything to go perfectly. We do expect people to take ownership, communicate openly and work together to find solutions.
🙌 Who We're Looking For
First and foremost, we want someone who really understands creator marketing.
Someone who knows the difference between a creator with a big following and one who can actually deliver results. Someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of the job.
The Essentials
3 to 5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
Experience running high-volume creator campaigns, ideally for consumer brands.
Native or fluent proficiency in your local market's language, plus English.
Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in your market.
Experience managing campaign budgets, negotiating creator fees and handling contracts.
A solid understanding of CPV and creator performance metrics.
Strong Excel and data skills.
Experience working directly with clients, ideally large consumer brands.
Confidence using AI tools such as Claude in your everyday work.
Based in Europe or the UK, working your local market's business hours.
Even Better If You Have
A second European language.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms.
