We're looking for friendly, customer-focused Reservation Agents to be the voice behind those experiences. Whether you're answering questions, guiding customers through the booking process, or helping solve a problem, you'll make a real difference in helping people get outside and create their next adventure.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with reservations and account inquiries
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Navigate multiple systems while supporting callers
• Resolve questions efficiently and accurately

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Call Centre experience is an asset

Position Details

📍 Work From Home (Manitoba residents only)
📅 Contract Dates: January 7, 2027 - October 31, 2027
⏰ Part-Time, 15-30 hours per week due to fluctuating call volumes.

Training Requirements

• Orientation: Thursday, January 7, 2027
• Training Schedule:
  • Week 1 - Monday, January 11, 2027 - Friday, January 15, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
  • Week 2 - Monday, January 18, 2027 - Friday, January 22, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
• Full attendance is mandatory.

Availability Requirements

Our contact center operates 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:

• Evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays during the contract period

This position is not suitable for candidates seeking daytime-only, fixed Monday-Friday schedules, or those who require extended time off during the peak summer season.

Please note: There are peak periods during our busy season when time-off requests may be limited. Due to business needs, employees are expected to be available to work their maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August. Time-off requests during this period generally cannot be accommodated.
