About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial International B2B Business Development Manager to drive regional expansion by opening industrial accounts, presenting specialized technical solutions, and converting opportunities into recurring regional revenue.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end commercial growth within your assigned territory—targeting HVAC, industrial equipment, facilities, and mechanical sectors. This position is tailored for a technical sales "hunter" capable of building a durable customer ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

New Revenue Development: Prospect, cold-outreach, and open doors across industrial accounts to generate and convert coating-project opportunities into collected revenue.
Account Ownership & Recurring Sales: Maintain close contact post-sale, follow up on quotes, engage key decision-makers, and drive repeat orders and account expansion.
Ecosystem & Channel Building: Identify, qualify, and recruit regional distributors, resellers, certified-applicator candidates, and strategic partners.
Pipeline & Activity Discipline: Maintain consistent prospecting, meetings, opportunity reporting, forecasting, and routine communication with INFINIGUARD management.
Brand & Channel Protection: Apply approved pricing, claims, commercial terms, and materials to ensure brand value and channel alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

B2B Technical Sales Experience: Preferred background in industrial markets, HVAC, mechanical equipment, protective coatings, construction, facility management, energy, OEMs, or technical distribution.
Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to proactively prospect, open new doors, and create opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
Relevant Industry Network (Strong Advantage): Established relationships with contractors, OEMs, distributors, engineering firms, facility owners/operators, or industrial buyers.
Technical Sales Aptitude: Ability to learn and credibly present a technical solution (INFINIGUARD provides technical support, training, documentation, and application expertise).
Language Proficiency: Effective communication in English to coordinate with INFINIGUARD management, combined with strong local-language and cultural fluency.
Equipment & Setup (Mandatory): Must possess your own reliable computer/laptop, high-speed internet, and headset for daily remote operations.
Travel Readiness: Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned market to meet customers, partners, and prospects in person.
High Integrity & Commercial Maturity: Strong ethics, pricing discipline, and a focus on long-term regional development over one-time sales.
