We are seeking an entrepreneurial, consultative Freelance Business Development Manager (BDM) / Account executive to spearhead our market growth, secure strategic healthcare partnerships, and close service agreements across Europe.
The Role & Opportunity
We want a high-performing door-opener who can hunt for new client accounts in the healthcare sector, consult with executive leaders, and close commercial deals. If desired, there is also full flexibility and room to handle full-cycle recruitment alongside your sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Penetration: Formulate and execute a proactive B2B sales strategy targeting key executive decision-makers (such as Hospital CEOs, HR Directors, Managing Directors, and Chief Medical Officers) across Europe.
- End-to-End Deal Closing: Own the entire sales cycle—from multi-channel cold outreach and network prospecting to pitching our solutions and negotiating commercial terms.
- Framework Agreements: Secure, negotiate, and finalize exclusive and semi-exclusive master service agreements on a performance-based (contingency / no-win, no-fee) structure.
- Account Leadership & Full-Cycle Option: Act as the main commercial contact for new accounts. Collaborate with our internal delivery team to fulfill placements, with full opportunity to run full-cycle recruitment if you prefer managing candidate sourcing yourself.
- Pipeline & CRM Ownership: Autonomously build, forecast, and manage a robust B2B pipeline of healthcare clients across your target regions.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Professional English for internal team alignment.
- Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably selling services or corporate solutions into the European market.
- Industry Alignment: Deep commercial understanding of the medical/healthcare sector or experience in recruitment services sales is strongly preferred.
- Executive Gravitas: Excellent communication skills with the corporate presence needed to pitch, consult, and negotiate directly with clinical executives and hospital directors.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated to work as an independent contractor using your own sales methodologies to drive revenue.
