The company is a Pennsylvania-based chiropractic practice positioned at the higher end of its market, distinct from discount-model competitors common in the industry. Its growth is driven primarily by direct community engagement rather than mass-market promotion, serving corporations, public sector organizations, and local employers within a defined service area. The practice also works with several external marketing agencies that manage paid social media and digital advertising.
💼 About the Role
You will serve as the practice's primary point of contact for outreach to local employers, corporations, public sector offices, and community organizations, with the goal of securing onsite wellness events, lunch-and-learns, screenings, and corporate wellness partnerships. You will manage a mix of warm relationships and new prospects, building rapport and credibility with business decision-makers to open the door to recurring partnerships within a defined local service radius.
You will coordinate logistics for onsite events and partnerships, ensuring a clean handoff to the internal team once opportunities are secured. Strong performance in this role may open the door to additional remote positions supporting the practice.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Business Outreach: Proactively contact local employers, corporations, public sector offices, and community organizations to introduce the practice's wellness programs.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with business decision-makers through a consultative, longer-form approach rather than high-volume scripted calling.
Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate onsite wellness events, lunch-and-learns, screenings, and corporate wellness partnerships, and close the loop with the internal team for execution.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and work a mix of warm contacts and net-new prospects within a defined local service radius.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Relay content ideas and market feedback gathered from outreach conversations to the practice's marketing partners.
Reporting: Track outreach activity and outcomes and report progress against established goals.
✅ Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated experience in business development, B2B appointment setting, or consultative sales, with the ability to engage credibly with business decision-makers rather than high-volume consumer calling.
Comfortable building rapport over the phone and in person-style outreach, representing the practice as an authoritative, professional point of contact.
Organized and self-directed, able to manage a defined outreach territory and prioritize effectively without close supervision.
Clear, professional written and spoken English communication is required.
Experience working with AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to support research, follow-up, and workflow efficiency, or willingness to be trained in Inside Out's AI practices.
Able to work within established SOPs and training materials and integrate into an existing company culture.
