BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) AEC Industry, Middle East Market (WFH)

Addmore Services is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) background and proven experience handling the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the Middle East.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Understand client requirements and effectively present the company's AEC-related services.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Work toward assigned lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements

• AEC industry background is required.
• Previous Middle East market experience is required.
• Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
• Good understanding of AEC services and the construction industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident in communicating with clients and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
• Must be available to join immediately.
