The Role
We are seeking a high-performing, self-driven Business Development Manager based in Hong Kong to drive, build, and scale our institutional and private wealth partnership network across Hong Kong, Greater China, and the broader APAC region.
Crypto exchange experience is not strictly required. We strongly prioritize proven candidates from traditional private banking, wealth management, multi-family offices (MFOs), External Asset Managers (EAMs), wealthtech, FX/CFD brokerages, or institutional capital markets who excel at B2B deal-making, wealth distribution networks, and strategic private wealth alliances. The ideal candidate will combine deep regional financial market acumen with native-level Mandarin and English communication skills to capture cross-border capital flows between APAC and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Hong Kong & APAC Wealth Management Partnerships
Build Strategic Wealth Networks: Source, negotiate, and establish high-impact strategic alliances with private banks, multi-family offices, asset management firms, External Asset Managers (EAMs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and wealth distribution networks across Hong Kong, Greater China, and the broader APAC region.
AUM & Commercial Volume Drivers: Design partnership structures, white-label frameworks, and revenue-sharing models that convert institutional wealth alliances into sustained ecosystem trading volume, net new assets (NNA), and long-term commercial growth.
Go-to-Market Execution: Spearhead the commercial positioning of the Spartan trading solution as a core wealth infrastructure platform for Asian financial intermediaries, while preparing key distribution partners for upcoming group product launches.
Cross-Border & Regional Market Execution
Deal Execution & Relationship Management: Lead end-to-end partner acquisition—conducting high-level family office and private wealth partner discussions, delivering executive presentations in Mandarin and English, and negotiating complex commercial deal structures.
Pipeline & Remote Operations: Manage structured sales pipelines, partner rebate and commission structures, and clear performance tracking (including volume, AUM, and platform activity) across target APAC client segments while working autonomously in a remote setup.
Bridge Hong Kong & Dubai HQ: Serve as the strategic on-the-ground anchor connecting Greater China / APAC family offices, asset managers, and institutional investors with Dubai HQ's digital asset infrastructure and liquidity solutions.
Group Expansion & Market Representation
Product Deployment: Execute commercial launch playbooks for new wealth management instruments, structured yield products, and digital asset allocation strategies tailored to Asian private wealth client preferences.
Industry Representation: Act as the face of OneBullEx at institutional wealth summits, family office forums, and executive networking events across Hong Kong and key APAC markets.
Executive Alignment: Collaborate directly with Dubai-based C-suite, Product, Structuring, and Risk leadership to feed APAC market requirements and regulatory insights back into product design and commercial terms.
What We Are Looking For
Professional Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in business development, institutional sales, or client coverage within wealth management, private banking, family office advisory, wealthtech, FX/CFD brokerages, or capital markets platforms.
Location & Work Setup: Currently based in Hong Kong with the ability to operate effectively and autonomously in a remote work environment, with willingness to travel across APAC or to HQ in Dubai as needed.
Languages (Mandatory): Fluency in Mandarin (Native or Professional) and English (written and spoken) is strictly required to effectively cover C-suite decision-makers and high-net-worth distribution networks in Hong Kong and Greater China. Cantonese is a strong plus.
Hong Kong & APAC Wealth Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep local network and proven track record of working with or closing deals across APAC private wealth channels, including MFOs, EAMs, IFAs, and regional brokerages.
Deal-Closing Track Record: Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, contract negotiations, and partner relationship management.
