Business Development Manager – Japanese Market Overview A regulated global FX/CFD broker is hiring a Japanese-speaking Business Development Manager, fully remote, to build IB and affiliate networks and drive new client acquisition in Japan. Responsibilities

Develop and manage IB and affiliate partnerships in the Japanese market
Identify, recruit and onboard new partners, traders and IBs
Generate leads through partner networks, affiliate channels and social media
Build long-term partner relationships that drive trading activity
Monitor and report on partner performance
Track industry trends and competitor activity in Forex/CFD

Requirements

Native/fluent Japanese and English (C1)
Proven BD, partnerships or sales experience in Forex/CFD
Existing Japanese IB/affiliate/trading-community network highly preferred
Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 or similar
Target-driven with strong relationship skills; works independently
