Business Developer - E-commerce & DTC Brands (Remote, US)
About this role
I Sell For You (ISFY) is a fast-growing US sales marketplace. E-commerce and DTC brands bring us their abandoned carts and inbound leads, and our US phone sales team recovers the carts, calls back the leads and upsells. We are paid on results only: we take a share of the revenue we recover, so a brand pays nothing until it earns.
We are hiring a Business Developer to sign new e-commerce and DTC brands as clients. You report to the CEO and own your pipeline from first call to signed contract.
What you will do:
- Find and sign new DTC and e-commerce brands (Shopify-type brands doing $1M to $50M a year) as clients
- Run discovery calls and demos with founders, CMOs and heads of e-commerce
- Build partnerships with e-commerce agencies, 3PLs and app partners that refer brands to us
- Own a pipeline in the CRM: outreach, follow-ups, proposals, closing
- Send the CEO a short weekly report: calls, demos, signed brands, next week's plan
What we need:
- Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US (Miami is a plus, not required)
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development selling to e-commerce brands or agencies
- A strong network in DTC: founders, agencies, 3PLs, Shopify ecosystem
- Hunter mentality: you build your own pipeline and close
- Clear written and spoken English, comfortable on video and phone
How we hire: a short practical task (you pick 10 brands you would go after and tell us how), then two interviews, then references. Your first 90 days come with three clear, measurable goals.
Compensation: USD 70,000 - 110,000 base per year plus uncapped commission and bonus on every brand you sign. Full-time, remote in the United States.
