Business Analyst – Data & Analytics Transformation

Why Keyrus, Why Now!

Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.

AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills—you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every client challenge you solve, every opportunity you shape, and every strategic partnership you help build.

Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges business strategy, data, AI, and executive decision-making at scale. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.

Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.

🚀 What You'll Architect

As a Business Analyst at Keyrus, you will architect the bridge between business ambition and technical execution — translating strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements that fuel data-driven transformation. You will operate at the heart of complex initiatives spanning cloud migration, analytics platforms, and customer insights, ensuring every solution stays anchored to measurable business value and never loses sight of the outcomes that matter.

You will:

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and user requirements

• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements backlogs

• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement within existing processes and proposed solutions

• Support the development of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and phased delivery strategies

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams

• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, stakeholder interviews, and decision-making discussions

• Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

• Support initiatives involving data platforms, analytics solutions, business intelligence, customer insights, and cloud-based technologies

• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements, business rules, and reporting needs

• Analyze data and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhanced decision-making

• Help ensure data quality, validation, and consistency throughout project delivery

• Work closely with Agile teams to refine backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support sprint planning activities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and manage work priorities based on business value and outcomes

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements

• Analyze testing results, stakeholder feedback, and defects to recommend improvements and prioritization decisions

• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle

🧠 Who You Are

• You see business analysis as the discipline of turning ambiguity into clarity, not just writing down requirements

• You naturally connect business challenges with technical solutions that generate measurable value

• You are comfortable facilitating workshops, challenging assumptions, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders

• You thrive in consultative, Agile environments where curiosity, structure, and collaboration create competitive advantage

• You balance business priorities with a genuine interest in the technical feasibility behind every requirement

• You enjoy working alongside product owners and engineers to shape solutions that are both practical and impactful

• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively surface gaps and opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear
