Role Description
As a Broker Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be building and relationship-managing a portfolio of commercial finance introducers, with day-to-day responsibility for the health of those relationships. You'll qualify and progress Invoice Finance opportunities from your panel: from initial enquiry through to completion, acting as the trusted point of contact for introducers and their SME clients throughout the process, and ensuring every application is supported in line with Allica's Credit Policy and risk appetite.
Principal Accountabilities
Map and prioritise your portfolio of commercial finance introducers, and understand their current and potential Invoice Finance volume
Take on day-to-day management of introducer relationships, building initial credibility with the highest-priority firms
Get up to speed on Kriya's Invoice Finance product, criteria, and onboarding process so you can review and progress applications confidently
Work with Credit and Operations to understand how applications move from initial enquiry through to completion
Build and relationship-manage a portfolio of commercial finance introducers, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of those relationships
Review, encourage, manage, and progress Invoice Finance applications from introducers, from initial enquiry through to completion
Qualify Invoice Finance opportunities and ensure they are correctly aligned with the right introducer and product route
Manage a portfolio of onboarded introducers, acting as the point of contact for complex enquiries and providing a best-in-class service
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, attend events and webinars, and provide introducers with knowledge packs, marketing support, and joint initiatives
Manage your introducer portfolio through CRM discipline, tracking progress and supporting lending applications in line with Allica's Credit Policy and Credit Appetite
Personal Attributes & Experience
Proven track record in effective B2B sales and account management, having previously managed multiple stakeholders and led accounts through a change management process
A comprehensive understanding of SMEs and the role of trusted advisors and professional service firms, in particular commercial finance and Invoice Finance brokers
Excellent interpersonal skills, with evidence of sales and account management outperformance in similar roles through earning partner, customer, and colleague trust
A proven track record of delivering an excellent customer experience and generating new revenue opportunities, while always considering risk, reputation, and experience
Experience working within Invoice Finance industry or commercial finance
Excellent communication and presenting skills for in-person/online meetings, webinars, and events
Portfolio management, CRM management, and reporting skills
