Voucherify is looking for a versatile, self-driven Brand Designer & Illustrator to own and grow our visual identity across every touchpoint.

Voucherify is the Incentive Optimisation Engine for modern growth teams. We help brands like John Deere, Breville, Michelin, and Vodafone move beyond static discounts and loyalty theatre with flexible, API-first incentives that drive real revenue. Built for teams tired of bloated platforms and "points fatigue," Voucherify enables faster experimentation and continuous optimisation across promotions, referrals, loyalty, and rewards.

We're looking for a designer who wants to be the person behind the Voucherify brand. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a lot of range. One day you're illustrating a campaign hero, the next you're shipping a landing page in Webflow, cutting a short animated clip for LinkedIn, or designing a hoodie people actually want to wear. You'll have real ownership, a direct line to leadership, and the freedom to raise the bar on everything we put out into the world.

What you'll do

As our Brand Designer & Illustrator, you'll be the guardian and evolver of the Voucherify brand. You'll turn a technical, API-first product into visuals that are clear, memorable, and a bit unexpected. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product, but you'll set the visual direction yourself.

Your responsibilities:

• Own the brand: Look after and develop our visual identity, including guidelines, illustration style, iconography, and templates, and keep it consistent as we grow.
• Create performance visuals: Design ad creatives and social media assets across LinkedIn, paid channels, and campaigns, then iterate on them based on what performs.
• Shape our website: Contribute to web design in Figma and handle simple builds and updates in Webflow, from landing pages to campaign pages and page refreshes.
• Bring things to life in motion: Produce lightweight video and motion formats: short social clips, animated explainers, product teasers, and event visuals.
• Design marketing and sales collateral: Build reports, whitepapers, ebooks, one-pagers, case studies, decks, and email/CRM templates.
• Extend the brand into the physical world: Create merch, company swag, event booths, and print materials that carry our identity beyond the screen.

About You

• Versatile designer and illustrator with 2+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Fluent in Figma, with hands-on Webflow experience (or a strong willingness to get there fast). You're comfortable designing for the web and implementing simple pages yourself.
• Comfortable across formats. Digital, print, video, and merch don't scare you, and you know how to adapt one idea to many.
• Curious about motion. You're at ease with lightweight animation or video editing tools.
• A true owner. You thrive with autonomy, manage your own priorities, and don't wait to be told what good looks like.
• A clear communicator who can explain design decisions, push back when needed, and collaborate well with non-designers.
