JOB SUMMARY

TheBAS Technical Managersupports DLB’s mission critical projects, with a primary focus on building automation systems (BAS),PMS (Power Management System),controls integration, and smart building solutions. This role provides technical and project leadership for the planning, and designof BAS/PMSand integrated control systemsand develops and maintains DLB controls standards.

TheBAS Technical Managercollaborates closely without-source partners,MEP design engineers, construction contractors, equipment vendors, software engineers, project managers, and client representatives to ensure systems are designed, integrated, and delivered in alignment with project requirements and client expectations.

This position operates with a high degree of independence, receiving generaldirectionson routine work and detailed guidance on new or complex assignments. Themanagermay serve as a technical lead/ Point of Contacton projects of moderate to complex scope and coordinate the work of other engineering and production staff. The role communicates and operates in line with organizational goals, values, and departmental objectives.
