🚀 What You'll Do:

Our managed service clients are 7-8+ figure DTC e-commerce brands. Every one of them started as a founder scrolling past an ad. We need a creative producer who makes them stop, pay attention, and take the next step, whether that's booking a call for our managed service, joining our entry-level programs, or grabbing one of our other offers.

• Review ad account performance with our paid ads team and propose new creative ideas based on what the data is telling us

• Produce 4-10 new ads every week across statics, carousels, and short-form video

• Build ads from existing assets: b-roll, stock footage, client content, screenshots, motion graphics, and text overlays (no shooting required)

• Keep our creative mix properly diversified across concepts, angles, formats, and personas, so we're giving the algorithm real variety and not 10 versions of the same ad

• Stay on top of trending hooks, formats, and platform-native styles, and bring the good ones to the team before they're everywhere

• Iterate on winners and learn from losers

• Pitch ideas. Often. We mean it.

📊 What the Work Looks Like

• Real ads, real spend. Your creative runs in front of 7-8+ figure e-commerce founders with real budget behind it.

• Ideation and production. You'll help decide what gets made and why, then make it.

• Fast feedback loops. You'll see hook rates, CTRs, and conversion numbers on your work and be expected to learn from them.

• Direct mentorship. You'll work closely with Billy (Head of Customer Success & Sales), who has nearly two decades in digital marketing, and alongside our media buying team.

🧩 You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• A portfolio of paid social ads you've produced (statics, carousels, and video)

• Case studies showing how your ads performed: the brief, the idea, what you made, and what it did

• A solid grasp of creative diversification: you know the difference between a new concept and a minor iteration, and why it matters for performance

• A finger on the pulse of social: trending hooks, formats, sounds, and styles across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

• Strong editing skills in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma

• Speed without sloppiness: you can ship volume every week with a STRONG attention to detail

• The ability to read ad insights and turn them into your next idea

• Low ego, high ownership: you share ideas freely, take feedback well, and genuinely want to get better

• Strong written and verbal English (a lot of our ads live or die on the text overlay)

• Most importantly: you love making ads that perform. Not just ads that look nice. Ads that win.

🔍 Our Hiring Process: What to Expect?

We've designed our hiring process to be thorough yet efficient, giving both you and our team the chance to decide if we're the right fit for each other.

Total time commitment is under 5 hours, and decisions are typically made within a few weeks of your application.

In some instances we may revise this process, but only if absolutely necessary to make sure we're a good fit for each other.

1. Initial assessment: Your portfolio link, 1-2 case studies, and a few short questions so we can see how you think

2. Interview: With Billy (Head of Customer Success & Sales)

3. Test assignment: We'll share real assets and account context. Show us 2-3 ads you'd make and why.

4. Contract offer sent to the candidate to join the team
