Our client is a South Florida-based mortgage brokerage operating in a vibrant, bilingual English/Spanish market, serving realtor partners and homebuyers across the region. The Managing Broker is launching a year-long webinar campaign (running 3 sessions per month) designed to build strategic realtor partnerships, deliver educational value, and scale lead generation.

💼 About the Role

You will serve as the dedicated outbound caller for the brokerage's realtor webinar campaign—sustaining a high daily volume of 300+ calls using a multi-line dialer to invite realtors to register and attend scheduled webinars. Additionally, you will conduct post-webinar follow-up calls with attendees to lock in direct "Lending Partner Meetings" with the Managing Broker.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 High-Volume Outbound Calling: Place 300+ B2B calls per day to realtors from provided lists, inviting them to attend monthly partnership webinars.
• 🎯 Appointment & Webinar Setting: Target 20 to 30 confirmed attendees per session (~90 registrants per month across 3 webinars).
• 🗣️ Dynamic Objection Handling: Navigate realtor questions and objections naturally beyond a fixed script, maintaining an authoritative, credible, B2B tone.
• 🤝 Post-Webinar Follow-Up: Call webinar attendees post-event to schedule direct 1-on-1 "Lending Partner Meetings" with the Managing Broker.
• 🖥️ CRM & Dialer Management: Utilize GoHighLevel and the WAVE dialer to log calls, track outcomes, and maintain accurate pipeline records (all calls recorded for quality and coaching).
• 🤖 AI Workflows & Reporting: Work directly with the Managing Broker on registrant counts and leverage AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to refine call strategies, troubleshoot objections, and build performance dashboards.

✅ Qualifications & Skills

⭐ Core Requirements:

• Experience: Proven B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or tele-sales experience with a professional tone suited for business professionals and realtors.
• Bilingual Fluency: Clear, highly fluent English with no heavy accent, combined with Spanish fluency (essential for the South Florida bilingual market).
• Objection Handling & Mindset: Ability to handle rejection, hold natural unscripted conversations, and thrive under an incentive/commission structure tied to registrant outcomes.
• Call Volume & Tech: High-stamina professional capable of maintaining 300+ calls daily using GoHighLevel and WAVE dialer; comfortable leveraging Claude/ChatGPT as daily thinking partners.
