About this role

Integrate is a B2B demand orchestration platform that helps enterprise marketing teams capture, validate, and activate leads across every channel — turning fragmented demand generation into a unified, measurable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver scalable, reliable products and services.
Own projects and features through the full development lifecycle, from technical discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Master Integrate’s development process, engineering culture, and codebase, then identify and implement opportunities to improve them.
Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model, collaborating across software development, DevOps, front-end, and data engineering responsibilities.
Translate product and business requirements into pragmatic technical designs and maintainable implementations.
• Present your technical designs to internal and external groups, explain trade-offs clearly, and review the designs of other engineers.
• Develop test strategies and design automation frameworks that improve release confidence, code coverage, and automation metrics.
• Write and maintain unit and functional tests, including automated tests using Jest.
• Diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical and production issues through structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• 6+ years of professional, demonstrable software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of both functional programming and object-oriented programming principles, with experience using at least one object-oriented language such as Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• High proficiency in at least one high-level programming language and web framework, such as Node.js, Express, or a comparable framework.
• Deep knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax.
• Advanced knowledge of database technologies, including data warehouses, SQL, relational database schema design, and data modeling.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit and functional testing using Jest with AI exposure.
