We are looking for an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to join our GTM team. In this role, you will combine outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic customer engagement to drive revenue expansion across key market segments.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and targeted LinkedIn research, identifying decision-makers and key contacts within target accounts.
• Proactively create opportunities and bring a genuine hunting mentality to new-business prospecting.
• Schedule prospect meetings and keep them moving forward, following up to maintain momentum through each stage of the sales cycle.
• Take the lead on running discovery and prospect meetings yourself as your technical grounding and command of our go-to-market approach grow.
• Partner closely with senior sales representatives and account executives to understand how accounts are nurtured and expanded over the long term, building towards account management responsibilities.
• Contribute directly to revenue growth by keeping a strong, qualified pipeline flowing into the funnel.
• Apply the MEDDIC framework to qualify opportunities and give the team a clear, honest read on deal health.
• Develop strong understanding of JuliaHub’s software products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on running campaigns, events, and trade shows to convert engagement into qualified pipeline.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in an associate sales role or a similar prospecting-driven role (technical or B2B SaaS environment preferred).
• A demonstrated hunter mentality - comfortable with cold outreach and undeterred by early-stage ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with CRM and sales engagement tools; organized and disciplined about pipeline tracking.
• A bachelor's or master's degree
