What You'll Do

As an Associate Implementation Specialist, you will be the hands-on partner who helps our clients get up and running and see value from day one. This is a role focused on the front line: you'll train and build partnerships with the staff, managers, and end users that work for our clients - making sure they know how to use the platform and get results. You'll call customers daily, run trainings, gather product feedback, and support launches. Because Customer Success is a growing team at JobGet, you'll also help shape the processes and playbooks that let us scale, so an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset goes a long way.

Onboard & Train Partners

Train End Users: Onboard and train the staff, managers, and end users at franchise and multi-location partners so they're confident using the platform.
Drive Early Adoption: Support the success of the product experience in creative ways, helping new users build strong habits from the start.
Support Launches: Partner with the launch team to get new accounts and locations live smoothly and quickly.

Build Relationships on the Front Line

Build Rapport: Effectively build relationships with several members of a client's team, from front-line staff to on-site managers.
Call Customers Daily: Connect with paying customers by phone and email every day to check in, answer questions, and keep them engaged.
Understand Their Needs: Learn each partner's hiring needs and what they're looking for so we can best support them.

Support & Product Feedback

Offer Support & Training: Work with customers to answer questions and offer support and training whenever it's needed.
Gather Feedback: Collect product feedback from customers and organize and relay it to the Product team.
Route & Escalate: Forward and escalate inquiries to the right people and departments, and support ad hoc requests to determine the value of new features.

Learn & Contribute to a Scaling Team

Help Build the Playbook: Contribute to the processes, reporting, and engagement plans that will let the Customer Success team scale.
Stay Organized: Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and overlapping deadlines, staying flexible when priorities shift.

Who You Are

0–2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, support, account management, sales, or a client-facing role.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who's excited to help build a role and a team from the ground up.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable on the phone and building rapport quickly.
Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts and overlapping deadlines.
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
Sales-minded, able to spot opportunities to help customers get more value and expand their use of the platform.
Real hourly workforce experience (food service, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar) is a nice-to-have.
Comfortable in a startup environment, willing to wear more than one hat and adapt quickly to change.
Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and genuine passion for helping our partners and their teams succeed.
