Aboutthe Role

Editorial Contracts and Payments Associate Coordinator provide specialized support for assigned journal portfolios by overseeing contracts, administering, payments and implementing measures to safeguard the payment details and personal data of societies, editors and contributors. This role involves advising publishers and external customers on contracts and payments-related queries, as well as, participating in the creation and maintenance of compliant editorial contracts and renewals for assigned journals using the Conga contract management system.

This is an entry-levelopportunitywithintheEditorialContractsandPaymentsteam.Youwillhelpensureeditorialcontractsareinplace,paymentsareprocessedaccurately,andfinancialagreementsaremanagedinlinewithbudgetsandcompliancerequirements.

• Workcloselywithpublishers,editors,societies,publishingdirectorsandoperationalcolleagues.

• Managemultiplepriorities,resolveissuesproactivelyandprovideacustomer-focusedservice.

• CollaboratewithcolleaguesacrossPoland,theNetherlands,ChennaiandthePhilippines.

• Identifyprocessimprovementsandcontributetoautomation,AIanddata-drivendecision-making.
