The Role:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager at Solutions Leisure Group, you will take real ownership of brands. Not just support from the sidelines. You will run the A-Z of marketing for your assigned venues, with the backing of a wider team around you, and the chance to actively shape what those brands become.

You will work across a full marketing ecosystem, including:

• Social media
• PR
• Content creation
• Website development
• Email marketing
• WhatsApp marketing
• CRM
• Customer loyalty
• Event strategy

You do not need to be an expert in all of these. We have a strong internal setup and a team that actively supports your development across every channel. What matters is that you are ambitious, curious, and want to get better every single day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, advertising, and events.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver content, promotions, and digital activations that actually move the dial.
• Support social media management, including scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Plan and promote events, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Track and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insight.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and keeping execution cost-effective.
• Bring fresh ideas. We want people who pay attention to what is happening in hospitality and lifestyle marketing, locally and globally.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior hospitality marketing experience, either in-house or in an agency environment. This is required.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is useful but not essential.
• Strong digital marketing skills across social media, analytics, and campaign tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine talent for content.
• Creative, resourceful, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and experiences.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Ambitious. Enthusiastic. Keen to learn. Determined to keep improving.
