About this role

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing performance management policies and compensation structures.
Provide guidance to managers on performance indicators and reviews.
Implement HR processes and systems supporting strategic initiatives.
Evaluate HR processes' effectiveness and improve analytical models.

Key Tasks:

Implement Strategic HR Initiatives:

Monitor HR readiness for strategic initiatives.
Assist in leading operations team for implementation.

Implement HR Systems for Compensation & Benefits:

Ensure HR systems comply with requirements.
Propose and implement process improvements.

Run Compensation & Benefits Analytics:

Set objectives for data analysis.
Analyze HR data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement organization-wide performance policies.
Support managers in communicating performance goals.

Compensation Management:

Assist in designing and implementing compensation exercises.
Conduct market benchmarking for competitiveness.

Core Requirements:

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

Diploma or Degree in HR.
Around 5 years of HR experience.
