Opportunity Overview

• Develop and expand assigned customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Manage business development activities across Southwest China, Guangdong, and Fujian, identifying new growth opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Create and execute strategic account plans, including ecosystem partner engagement, to drive customer conversion and increase share of wallet.
• Maintain a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline, ensuring sufficient opportunity coverage and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly action plans aligned with Key Account Plans (KAP) to achieve short-term, mid-term, and long-term business objectives.
• Effectively leverage internal resources, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to maximize customer success, market share, and win rates.
• Develop and implement winning strategies for strategic opportunities, leading opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and deal execution.
• Apply value-based selling methodologies to identify customer needs, articulate business value, and deliver differentiated solutions.
• Recruit, develop, and manage distributors, system integrators (SIs), and channel partners to drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, order intake, and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or related technology sectors.
• 5 years experience in account management, channel development, and complex solution selling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and manage large, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
