We're growing fast and need a sharp, hungry Appointment Setter to be the first voice prospects hear.

The Role

You'll conduct 15-minute discovery calls to pre-qualify inbound leads before they book a 60-minute strategy session with Andy. You're not closing deals — you're qualifying the right people and booking the right calls. Speed and consistency are everything in this role.

Your Daily Goals

• 10 discovery calls per day
• 3 strategy sessions booked per week
• 60-second response time on Facebook lead form inquiries

Lead Sources

• Facebook lead form ads (60-second response required)
• Website bookings
• Past leads and cold lists

What You'll Cover on Discovery Calls

• Current monthly revenue and number of trucks
• Current marketing spend and what's working
• Biggest challenge getting consistent leads
• Whether they're Advanced Verified / running LSA
• What they want their business to look like in 12 months
• Confirm they're the decision maker

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• $500 bonus per closed deal (paid when client signs)

• Kixi — power dialer
• Google Workspace — email and calendar
• Asana — task management
• Slack — team communication
• Claude.ai and Manus.ai — AI tools

Requirements

• Prior sales or appointment setting experience required
• Garage door or home services industry experience preferred
• Excellent phone presence — confident, direct, and professional
• Comfortable with high call volume and fast response times
• Self-managed and reliable in a remote environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
