We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns for construction projects. You will play a key role in supporting tendering and project planning, ensuring pricing accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with project requirements across residential and commercial projects.

Position: Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

Holidays: Australian Holidays

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs based on Australian drawings and specifications.
Interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings accurately.
Measure materials, labor, and subcontractor scopes in line with Australian construction standards.
Analyze project documentation to identify scope gaps, risks, and cost implications.
Assist with tender pricing, cost plans, and budget breakdowns.
Review supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
Maintain organized records of estimates, take-offs, and pricing data.
Support internal teams with cost-related queries throughout the estimating process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in construction.
Experience working on Australian construction projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
Ability to read and interpret Australian construction drawings and specifications.
Experience using estimating and take-off tools such as Bluebeam, CostX, PlanSwift, Excel, or similar software.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
Portfolio is required.
