Hadley Designs is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar group of our products on Amazon, as the product manager, the merchandiser, and the CEO of that catalog. This is a high-impact role for an e-commerce brand builder who brings real judgment, reads a market quickly, and knows how to grow net profit, not just sales.

You will report to the leader of our Amazon channel and work as part of a small, high-performing Amazon team. While this role operates deeply within Amazon, we welcome candidates who have built brands across e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace environments and are excited to bring that experience to a scaled Amazon catalog.

• Learn our brand. Get to know our brand, our expectations, your catalog group, and the standards and SOPs our team runs on.
• Run your catalog as its CEO. Make the calls on pricing, listings, imagery, promotions, and inventory, and own the net profit that results.
• Challenge the status quo. Bring better ideas, back them with a clear point of view, and help us raise the bar.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end ownership of your catalog group's performance, including revenue, net profit, pricing, advertising, and inventory
• Reading the competitive landscape, from merchandising and listings to imagery and pricing, and responding with strategy rather than reacting to every price drop
• Finding inspiration outside Amazon, on Etsy, TikTok, Pinterest, and in wider trends, and turning it into product and format ideas
• Product and format relaunches that lift your catalog
• How your products look and compete on the page, from main images to packaging and format
• Elevating our brand experience on Amazon so your catalog protects its margin and earns a higher price
• Advertising, listings, experiments, and inventory planning with our supply chain team, used as levers toward profit
• AI workflows that handle the routine work, so your time goes to the decisions that grow the catalog
• Clear weekly reporting on results, risks, and next moves

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will:

• Learn our brand, expectations, catalog group, and SOPs, and share a clear read of your competitive landscape
• Own your catalog's weekly numbers and make the first judgment calls that protect margin and lift results
• Bring forward product and format ideas, including ones inspired from outside Amazon, with at least one relaunch in motion
• Challenge at least one way we do things with a better one, and be measured on the net profit you deliver

Requirements

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience owning a product line or catalog on Amazon, in e-commerce, or in marketplaces, end to end as a business
• A strong visual eye, and you see what wins on the page, not only in the data
• You read competitors and markets and can explain your reasoning, not just the answer
• You find ideas outside Amazon and know how to turn a trend into a product or format
• You know the tactics that grow net profit and you have protected margin and price
• Deep, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising
• AI capability, a CRM and documented SOPs. You use AI every day to get more done with less, which is a must-have here and a capability rather than any one tool, and you are excited to build how we use all three now and going forward
• Very organized and buttoned up, and you follow through until the job is done
• Clear, confident spoken and written English
• Coachable and quick to learn our way, and confident enough to challenge it

This is an ownership role for an experienced brand builder, not a virtual assistant position.
