Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently partnering with a client who is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to join their team on a full-time remote basis.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in managing Amazon/Walmart accounts, with a proven track record of driving growth, maintaining account health, and optimizing sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Amazon and Walmart seller/vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Monitor account health metrics, resolve issues quickly, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
Manage and troubleshoot cases and account-related challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, videos, variation groupings).
Collaborate with PPC/SEO teams, brand management, and creative services to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare performance reports and dashboards on assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Stay updated on Amazon/Walmart policies, algorithms, and best practices to maximize account performance.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and workflow efficiency.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Required Skills:

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (multi-marketplace preferred).
Strong understanding of FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) operations.
Hands-on experience with listing optimization tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
Solid knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, policies, and account health requirements.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
Proven track record in growth strategies for Amazon accounts.
