About the Client This client operates as an independent personal advisory practice, providing personalized service to individual clients. He is currently seeking to build out his support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a strong client experience. This role is crucial for enabling him to focus on high-value client relationships while communications, research, and travel logistics run seamlessly in the background. Why does this role exist? This role exists because the client is stretched across client-facing work, business development, and day-to-day operations, and is actively evaluating multiple paths — including other staffing options — to find the right long-term support. He's specifically looking for someone who combines excellent communication and sales instincts with genuine, hands-on AI-building skills, not just familiarity with popular tools. This is a high-bar hire: the client will only commit to a full-time role if the candidate is strong enough to operate proactively and strategically, without needing step-by-step direction.

The Impact you’ll make

Executive Administrative Support

• Manage email and calendar via Google Workspace, keep the client's day organized and on track, and proactively anticipate what he needs before being asked — preparing for calls, meetings, and travel ahead of time.

Customer Sales Communication

• Confidently handle inbound and outbound customer and sales calls, engaging prospects and clients persuasively while clearly explaining projects and work with concrete, specific examples.

Research Business Development

• Conduct business and company research, build and maintain prospect lists, run email campaigns through Mixmax, and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.

AI Automation Workflow Building

• Build AI agents and workflows (not just use standard chat tools) using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok. Continuously identify repetitive or manual processes and design automated solutions, staying current with emerging AI tools and bringing new efficiencies proactively.

Travel Rewards Booking

• Manage travel arrangements using advanced points, miles, and rewards program strategy — including transfer partners and award travel optimization — going well beyond basic flight or hotel booking to maximize value.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Demonstrated experience building AI agents/workflows — not just using standard LLMs — with current tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or Grok
• Advanced travel hacking experience: points, miles, rewards programs, transfer partners, and award travel optimization beyond basic booking
• Strong communication skills with proven experience handling inbound and outbound customer/sales calls
• Executive or administrative support experience, including email and calendar management (Google Workspace)
• A demonstrated track record of working proactively and independently, without needing step-by-step direction

• Technical skills:
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents/workflows, with fluency across multiple current AI tools
  • Comfortable managing email/calendar in Google Workspace and running campaigns in Mixmax

WFH Set-Up:

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
