AI Full Stack Engineer
(€80K – €130K • Offers Equity)
About the Role
You will build and iterate on internal tools and products, integrating AI capabilities into our systems. The focus is on strong engineering with a clear AI angle: working across the stack, connecting to AI APIs, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve their workflows.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain full stack applications (front end, back end, databases)
Architect durable AI workflows that adapt as the LLM landscape evolves, not brittle prompt chains
Build and maintain back-end services in Node.js or Python
Integrate and orchestrate AI APIs into existing and new systems
Work across multiple systems and data sources, making sense of fragmented data
Collaborate with business teams (e.g. marketing, UA, operations) to:
Understand their work and tools
Identify where AI can improve their workflows
Translate needs into technical solutions and iterate on them
Must-Haves
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Experience building complex agentic systems
Experience integrating and working with AI APIs
Strong coding skills and solid engineering fundamentals
Full stack capabilities: front end, back end, databases
Good prompting skills and ability to use current AI tools effectively
Production experience with Node.js or Python
Curiosity, initiative, and strong learning mindset (especially around AI)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with agentic/system-thinking approaches for AI solutions
Experience partnering closely with marketing, UA, or other business/ops teams
