Position Overview
We are looking for an AI Automation & Systems Engineer to help build and improve secure automation workflows across the company. You’ll work with tools such as n8n, Claude, Google Workspace, APIs, and other AI platforms to automate processes, connect systems, and build useful dashboards.
Security is an important part of the role. You’ll help ensure that automated workflows have the right permissions and safeguards to protect company and client data.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools.
Use Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes.
Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks.
Work with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts.
Manage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks.
Add safeguards to reduce security and data risks.
Connect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards.
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations.
Document workflows and technical processes.
Work with different teams to identify opportunities for automation.
Qualifications
Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools.
Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Understanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices.
Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Google service accounts and OAuth.
Experience with databases and dashboards.
Experience with Noloco, Retool, or Looker Studio.
Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can build practical AI-powered automations while keeping them secure. You should be comfortable connecting different systems, working with APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding ways to improve business processes through automation.
Note: Web development is not the primary focus of this role. The main focus is AI automation, integrations, security, and technical systems support.

Work setup: Remote
Salary range: Php 35,000 to 50,000
