Location: Remote – Latin America
Schedule: Full-Time 08:00 am - 05:00pm PST
Industry: E-Commerce, Digital Marketing & AI Automation

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing & AI Automation Specialist to help optimize our online sales channels by combining digital marketing knowledge, data analysis, and artificial intelligence.

This role goes beyond traditional marketplace management. We are looking for someone who can leverage AI tools, develop automated workflows, and build systems that continuously monitor marketplace performance, identify issues, analyze competitors, and generate actionable insights.
The ideal candidate combines a technical mindset with an understanding of e-commerce and marketing. Rather than manually reviewing every listing or marketplace, you will develop smarter ways to collect, analyze, and interpret data, helping the company make faster, more informed decisions and improve overall performance.

You will work with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Newegg, and other relevant sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Automation & Workflow Development: Build and optimize AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to automate repetitive tasks, monitor marketplace performance, and improve operational efficiency.
• Marketplace Monitoring: Develop systems to identify listing issues, missing information, suppressed listings, performance gaps, and other opportunities across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Automate the collection and analysis of marketplace data, competitor activity, product performance, keywords, and sales-related metrics.
• SEO & Listing Optimization: Apply e-commerce SEO principles to improve product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keyword targeting, and organic visibility.
• Competitor Intelligence: Create automated processes to track competitors, evaluate their positioning, identify market opportunities, and generate actionable reports.
• Performance Reporting: Build automated dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems that provide regular insights into marketplace performance and areas requiring attention.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Use scripting, APIs, AI agents, and other technical solutions where appropriate to connect data sources, streamline processes, and solve operational challenges.
• Cross-Platform Optimization: Apply scalable strategies across multiple sales channels instead of relying on manual, platform-by-platform management.
• Continuous Improvement: Research emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, data analysis, and e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing analytics, automation, or a related field
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or Newegg.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to develop workflows, automate tasks, or analyze data.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge, with the ability to build or adapt practical automation solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, data integrations, spreadsheets, or automated reporting.
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO, keyword research, product listings, competitor analysis, and organic marketplace performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.
• Ability to research unfamiliar platforms, learn independently, and implement new technologies quickly.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset focused on improving efficiency and measurable business results.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Google SEO, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Experience creating automated dashboards, scheduled reports, or systems for continuous marketplace monitoring.
• Experience in B2B e-commerce, manufacturing, or technical product marketing.

What Success Looks Like

• Automated systems that identify marketplace issues and opportunities faster than manual reviews.
• Reduced time spent on repetitive research, reporting, and monitoring tasks.
• Reliable, actionable reports that help the team prioritize and resolve performance issues.
• Improved organic visibility and product listing quality across multiple sales channels.
• Scalable AI-powered workflows that increase efficiency and support the company's e-commerce growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a technically minded marketing professional who understands how to use AI as a practical business tool. The ideal candidate can combine analytical thinking, marketing strategy, and automation skills to build systems that identify problems, deliver insights, and help the team take action.
