Affiliate Coordinator and Coach for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

As the Affiliate Coordinator + Coach, you'll be scouting top affiliate talent to join our programs, training and coaching our creators so they produce compliant, high-converting content for Calming Co. You'll also support the influencer team by helping maintain and build our creator pipeline, deliverables, and documentation organized. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates worldwide who can work US Pacific Time business hours. You will report to the Director of Influencers.

Who You Are

You are a creator-minded coach who knows what makes short-form content convert. You can watch a TikTok and immediately explain why the hook worked (or didn't), and you enjoy teaching creators how to get better. You're organized, responsive, and energized by working with a large community of affiliates. You understand TikTok Shop and performance ads, you know the rules around endorsements and supplement claims, and you can keep a lot of moving pieces on track without dropping details.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Sourcing: Scout and recruit high-potential affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, Trybe, and other creator platforms. Identify creators whose content style and audience fit Calming Co., then reach out with personalized cold DMs that sell them on joining the Ü Relax Army. Keep a steady pipeline of new talent flowing, and track outreach and conversion so we know what's working.
• Affiliate Onboarding & Education: Onboard new affiliates and walk them through brand guidelines, product talking points, and program expectations. Create and maintain training resources such as example videos, how-to guides, and do's-and-don'ts.
• Affiliate Content Coaching: Train and coach affiliates on TikTok and Meta on what works: hooks, scripting, product demonstration, storytelling, and calls to action. Give clear, actionable feedback on drafts and posted content to help creators improve over time.
• Community Engagement: Keep the affiliate community active and informed through our creator channels (including Discord). Share weekly content angles, spotlight winning videos, answer questions, and host coaching sessions or office hours.
• Brief Support: Assist the Director of Influencers in drafting and updating creative briefs, affiliate briefs, and content angles based on what's performing.
• Organization & Pipeline Management: Keep creator tracking, deliverables, sample shipments, and content libraries organized and up to date in Monday.com. Make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Compliance: Ensure affiliate and influencer content follows FTC Endorsement Guides (clear, conspicuous disclosure such as #ad or platform paid-partnership labels) and FDA rules for dietary supplement marketing. That means claims stay within approved structure/function language, creators never imply the products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and content follows platform policies. Flag non-compliant content and coach creators on how to fix it.
• Performance Insights: Track which creators, angles, and videos are driving sales. Use those insights to guide your coaching and share learnings with the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop and the TikTok affiliate ecosystem; experience creating short-form content yourself is a required.
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate/creator programs, UGC, or social content within a DTC or CPG environment is preferred.
• A sharp eye for what makes short-form content perform, and the ability to explain it clearly to creators.
• Working knowledge of FTC endorsement disclosure requirements; experience with supplement, wellness, or other regulated-claims categories is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; friendly, encouraging, and direct when giving feedback.
• Experience with Monday.com (or similar project management tools) and affiliate platforms such as Trybe.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many creators and tasks at once in a remote environment.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.
