Offprem Sales Hiring 2027: Associate Account Executive and Customer Account Manager
We are building our sales team for 2027 growth. These roles add capacity to Offprem's Salesforce consulting and implementation pipeline before demand peaks, so new hires can ramp in time. New team memebers will be added throughout 2027.
Associate Account Executive
Locations: Chicago, IL | San Francisco, CA | New York, NY, and other locations considered. Remote friendly!
This early-career role focuses on new business. You will build a territory, develop relationships with Salesforce sellers, and learn to sell consulting and implementation services through partner sales with Salesforce..
What you will do
- Prospect into target accounts and build a pipeline of Salesforce consulting and implementation opportunities.
- Build relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, and Solution Engineers.
- Run discovery, then work with Offprem solution architects and delivery leaders on approaches, estimates, and statements of work.
- Manage opportunities from first contact through signature, and keep Salesforce pipeline and forecast data current.
What we are looking for
- Experience in sales, business development, consulting, SaaS, technology, or another customer-facing role.
- Comfort being measured against monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
- Organized, coachable, and motivated to build a career in technology sales.
- Salesforce ecosystem experience is valued but not required.
Customer Account Manager
Locations: Fisher's Indiana | Chicago, IL | San Francisco, CA | New York, NY, and other US locations considered.
Remote friendly!
Customer Account Managers look after existing Offprem customers. You will keep customers engaged through Phase Two work, change orders, and managed services, and grow those accounts. You will work with Salesforce Account Executives and our delivery team to close the next phase of work. This role suits someone entrepreneurial who builds trust through networking and consultative selling.
What you will do
- Stay engaged with customers from Phase Two through project close.
- Lead the sales process for change orders, managed services, and Phase Two opportunities.
- Present solutions and tailor them to each customer's needs.
- Host quarterly business reviews with the implementation team.
- Learn Offprem's implementation services and position them with stakeholders across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Keep account and opportunity forecasts current in our internal CRM, and meet quarterly and annual quotas.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on Salesforce experience (required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A track record of building and keeping customer relationships.
