Remote Recruitment is hiring an Admin Assistant for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You'll be the backbone of a busy UK team, keeping schedules, inboxes and records running smoothly from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, meeting bookings and email correspondence for the team
- Keep digital filing systems accurate and easy to navigate
- Capture and update records with strong attention to detail
- Prepare simple documents, reports and presentations in Microsoft Office
- Support ad hoc admin requests across departments
What you'll need
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfort managing multiple calendars and inboxes at once
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
- A proactive, organised approach to admin tasks
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Prior remote work experience
- Experience supporting a UK-based team
